All National Regatta Scouts and their parents. Sunday 16th November fundraiser.

For all Scouts attending National Regatta – and their parents.

We have the opportunity to raise c $900 towards national regatta costs by helping at the finish line of the Bike the Bridge events on Sunday 16th November. This money will be shared between scouts who help with the event and are going to regatta. Potentially c $40 – $50 per head.

Timing. 8 am – 1pm ( be early enough to be ready to start at 8 )
Location. Venue is North Harbour Stadium.  Specific venue meet point to be advised.
Dress: Activity shirts and scarves
Kit: water bottle, sun screen, hat
Our Tasks will include:  to be briefed on the day. Finish line marshalling for all the varied races taking place that day. We will be busy.

Numbers needed. We have agreed to supply 15 helpers, mix of scouts and parents ideal.   8 adults must be available between 12 and 1 for some heavier clear up tasks. Dad’s this probably means you!
